The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is now accepting applications for the 2025 KOICA Scholarship, offering a fully funded opportunity for students from partner countries around the world to study in Korea.

This scholarship covers the full range of expenses, including tuition, a monthly stipend, round-trip international airfare, settlement allowance, university housing, and national health insurance.

To be eligible for the KOICA Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a citizen of an eligible country (refer to the list below)

• Be in good physical and mental health

• Be under 40 years old as of February 1, 2025

• Have proficiency in English (as courses are taught in English)

• Be a civil servant or a professional officially recommended by their government

• Have relevant professional experience of at least 2 years for Master's programs and 3 years for Doctoral programs

The KOICA Scholarship provides the following benefits:

• Full tuition fee exemption

• A monthly allowance of approximately 999,000 KRW (around USD 750)

• Round-trip international airfare

• Settlement allowance (600,000 KRW for Master's, 1,200,000 KRW for Doctorate)

• University housing

• National health insurance

• Support for academic and cultural activities

• Completion grant (300,000 KRW for Master's, 600,000 KRW for Doctorate)

• Doctorate in e-Government and Public Management – Handong Global University

• Master’s in e-Government and Public Management – Sungkyunkwan University

• Doctorate in Health Policy and Capacity Building – Yonsei University

• Master’s in Health Policy and Capacity Building – Yonsei University

• Doctorate in Economic Development Policy for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth – KOICA

• Master’s in Economic Development Policy for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth – KOICA

• Master’s in Capacity Building for Climate and Environmental Change Management – KOICA
