Eligibility Requirements for KOICA Scholarship 2025:To be eligible for the KOICA Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a citizen of an eligible country (refer to the list below)

Be in good physical and mental health

Be under 40 years old as of February 1, 2025

Have proficiency in English (as courses are taught in English)

Be a civil servant or a professional officially recommended by their government

Have relevant professional experience of at least 2 years for Master's programs and 3 years for Doctoral programs
The KOICA Scholarship provides the following benefits:

Full tuition fee exemption

A monthly allowance of approximately 999,000 KRW (around USD 750)

Round-trip international airfare

Settlement allowance (600,000 KRW for Master's, 1,200,000 KRW for Doctorate)
