Scholarship Overview:The program is a full-time administrative training placement lasting between 2 and 12 months. It is available across multiple fields, including translation, HR, secretarial work, administration, logistics, law, finance, accounting, library science, engineering management, communications, education, audiovisual production, public relations, psychology, and auditing.

Who Can Apply?To qualify for the CERN Administrative Student Program, applicants must:
- Hold citizenship of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
- Have completed at least 18 months of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in an administrative discipline by November 2025
- Be enrolled as a full-time student throughout the internship
- Have a solid command of English or French
Applications are made through CERN’s recruitment system. Candidates should:
- Prepare a CV, academic transcript, and at least one reference letter (a second may be added from a past internship)
- Submit the online application via the official CERN careers portal
- Ensure all documents are ready before starting, as no additions can be made after submission
